Morning everyone!

What a summer it's been! As we soak up these final golden days, we're feeling deeply grateful for months filled with endless sunshine, lazy BBQs that stretched well into the evening, and precious time with family that reminded us what really matters.

Here at B&B's we've loved watching you all drift back from holidays – sun-kissed, relaxed, and full of stories. There's something magical about that post-holiday glow, isn't there? Though we'll admit, there's a bittersweet edge to September's arrival. As the school bells start ringing again, we know we'll miss seeing our regular young faces quite as often during their busy term ahead.

But here's the thing – there's electricity in the air. That back-to-school energy isn't just for the kids. We're rolling up our sleeves, channeling that fresh-start feeling, and diving headfirst into what promises to be an incredible six months ahead. NEIGHBORHOOD SPOTLIGHT

The Happy Kingston Collage workshop will take place on Thursday, 4 September 2025, from 3:30 to 5:30 pm at Tudor Drive Library in Kingston. This art and wellbeing session offers participants a chance to relax, connect, and explore joy through collage and mindfulness. No prior experience is required, and all materials will be provided. The workshop begins with a brief introduction followed by hands-on creative activities focused on everyday sources of happiness. As part of a five-session series, each workshop builds on the previous one with long-term wellbeing tools. The event welcomes everyone interested in creativity and self-care.
