Hello ice cream lovers of New Malden! Barnaby here, your resident Schnauzer taste-tester and quality control expert at Barnaby & Boo's Ice Cream Café. My whiskers are tingling with excitement because we've just launched a flavor that has my tail wagging faster than when someone says "walkies" – our brand new Malted Milk Gelato from Hackney Gelato!

It starts with barley grains that get soaked until they sprout little tails (not as magnificent as my beard, of course), then they're dried in special ovens.
